Residential Home For Children With Learning Disabilities

Salary £34,000 - £37,000

I am currently working with a provider of children's residential care to recruit a Deputy Manager for their children's home home based in West Bromwich caring for Children with learning disabilities.

In this role you will;

Work with the Registered Manager to support the home through procedures, policies and activities engaged in to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for the child or young person they are responsible for.
Support the staff team to ensure positive outcomes for the children they support
Work with the Manager to continuously develop the home to achieve and maintain Outstanding with OFSTED

To be successful in this role you will have;

Supervisory experienced within a residential home for children and young people with learning disabilities.
Hold a NVQ level 3 in children and young people
Be passionate about delivering outstanding care
Sound knowledge of governing legislation, procedures and best practice in caring for looked after children
