Opus Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing bank team, providing ad hoc and flexible shifts across nursing homes in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents.
Assisting with daily living activities.
Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Maintaining accurate care records.
Working effectively as part of the care team.
Following all safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months' UK Healthcare Assistant experience.
Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred).
Mandatory training certificates.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate and professional approach.
Reliable and flexible for bank shifts.
