Executive Assistant

6 Month Contract

Based in Solihull

£23.60 per hour - Inside IR35 (Umbrella Rate)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Executive Secretary/Executive Assistant work is focused on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities including:
Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive
Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry
Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources, managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources

Skills

Proven administrative experience with a strong background in office management and clerical tasks
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly
