Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and wider management team, on a part time basis 25 hours per week, within our growing children's residential care organisation.

This is a varied, hands-on role providing executive, administrative, recruitment, operational, and business support. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service while supporting business development and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide PA and administrative support to the Managing Director and senior team.
Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, DBS checks, and HR administration.
Support compliance, record keeping, and operational processes.
Assist with financial administration, reporting, invoices, and business projects.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

About You

Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or senior administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Professional, discreet, and confident handling confidential information.

Desirable

Experience within children's services, social care, healthcare, or another regulated environment.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes.
Experience supporting financial administration.
Understanding of Ofsted-regulated services.
