Social Worker - Learning Disabilities / Autism - Sandwell

The role of Social Worker:

Work with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, including those with physical disabilities and profound and complex needs
Undertake safeguarding investigations, mental capacity assessments, and best interest decisions
Carry out outcome-focused assessments and support planning to meet care and support needs
Work with diverse individuals and partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes

The ideal Social Worker:

Recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW)
Social Work England registration
Minimum 2 years post-qualifying permanent experience
Knowledge of learning disability, autism, and physical disability practices
