On-Site Recruitment Coordinator

Full-time, permanent

The role of On-Site Recruitment Coordinator:

Act as the on-site point of contact for all recruitment and staffing requirements
Manage daily labour plans in line with production schedules and client demand
Coordinate worker attendance, shift cover, and last-minute replacements
Support onboarding, inductions, and site compliance checks
Be the key link between operations, workforce planning, and recruitment delivery

The ideal On-Site Recruitment Coordinator:

Experience in recruitment coordination or workforce planning
Highly responsive, organised, and an excellent communicator
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume production or logistics environment

Based within a busy contract packaging facility, ensuring the site is always fully resourced to meet daily production demands.
