Eclipse Migration Lead

Discovery & current state assessment - comprehensive review of legacy systems, data structures, processes, and dependencies to define migration scope and constraints.
Data audit & migration readiness assessment - profiling data quality, identifying gaps, duplication, and cleansing requirements, with a clear remediation plan.
Migration strategy & approach - defined approach (e.g. phased vs big bang), tooling, environments, rollback plan, and risk mitigation strategy.
