Laser Operator — West Bromwich

Hours

4 days per week — Monday to Wednesday 14:00–00:00, Thursday 14:00–23:00

The role of Laser Operator:

Operate Trumpf, Amada and Bodor laser cutting machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
Carry out quality checks and ensure parts meet specification
Maintain machinery and report any faults or issues promptly
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
Keep work area clean, organised and in line with health and safety standards

The ideal Laser Operator:

Experience operating and setting Trumpf, Amada or Bodor lasers or similar CNC laser machines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Reliability and desire to build a future with a growing company
Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
