The role of Senior Conveyancing Paralegal:

Manage own caseload of conveyancing sale files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
Draft contracts and legal documentation
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures
Provide excellent client service at all times

The ideal Senior Conveyancing Paralegal:

Previous experience as a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role
Ability to manage own caseload independently, particularly sale files
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
