The role of Fire Risk Assessor:

Conducting Fire Risk Assessments across a diverse range of premises
Producing clear, accurate and technically robust fire risk reports
Identifying hazards, evaluating risks and recommending practical solutions
Working in accordance with PAS 79 methodology and relevant British Standards
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
Supporting the delivery of a professional and compliant consultancy service
Managing workloads effectively whilst maintaining high technical standards

The ideal Fire Risk Assessor:

Proven experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments
Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, guidance and standards
Excellent report writing and communication skills
A professional and detail-focused approach to compliance
Experience working across residential, commercial or mixed-use portfolios
Relevant fire safety qualifications and professional accreditations (desirable)
Full UK driving licence

Growing fire safety consultancy working across commercial, residential and retail properties.
