About the Role

As a Credit Controller, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, focusing on early-stage debt (0-90 days). You'll play a key role in keeping cash flow strong while building positive, professional relationships with customers.

This isn't just about chasing payments - it's about working smart, solving problems, and making a difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts
Proactively contacting customers to secure prompt payments
Building strong working relationships to make collections smoother and more effective
Resolving invoice queries quickly to avoid delays
Monitoring payment terms and keeping accounts on track
Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records
Producing aged debt reports and spotting potential risks
Working closely with internal teams to remove any barriers to payment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in credit control / accounts receivable
Someone who enjoys building relationships and communicating with confidence
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Excel and finance systems
A proactive, positive approach and the ability to manage your own workload
