Leading independent Corporate Travel Company, who provide first class booking tools with traditional business travel are keen to add to their growing team! They are seeking a Galileo whizz that can book, ticket, re-issue and amend. Join a business travel company that value staff engagement and offer great benefits (detailed below). The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Travel Consultant, who thrives in a complex fast paced environment and be able to take full ownership of the end-to-end customer journey. Working 37.5 hours between (Apply online only) and salary of £34k pa! This is a full remote position and could be your perfect home-based corporate travel opportunity!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Arranging all travel from flights, to car hire to hotels and other ancillaries
To assist all clients with travel bookings, amendments and cancellations and to process this in an efficient and competent manner.
Provide an excellent service via communications with customers and accuracy of bookings
Ensure all service level agreements are met and actively maintain the Galileo GDS queues.
Communicate with customers, whether this is by telephone, email or in person, in a professional and friendly manner.
Dealing with phone calls and email requests/queries from existing and potential clients.
Providing clients with suitable travel options and suggestions of the best way to meet their requirements.
Be involved in the ticketing processes for all travel; checking interline/ticketing agreements and the BSP website.
Proactively maintaining relationships with clients at all times.
Helping with any problems clients may have and provide the appropriate customer service throughout the entire process unsupervised.
To carry out all reissues and revalidations unsupervised. Provide assistance to other team members and quality check their work if required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Galileo ONLY travel booking systems experts
Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant along with being proficient in airfares and ticketing and re issues
Willing to work weekends (1 in 5) and bank holidays
Confident in interacting with clients and suppliers on the telephone.

PACKAGE:

Working hours: 37.5 over 5 days between - (Apply online only) and a 1-in-5 week weekend rotation.
