Job Title: Lettings Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday

Location: West Bromwich, Birmingham

Our highly respected and forward-thinking client is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lettings Manager to lead their vibrant team in West Bromwich! This is your chance to shine in a hands-on leadership role where you can make a real impact and help shape the future of residential lettings in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the West Bromwich lettings team (currently 2 negotiators, with plans to expand to 3)
Manage daily lettings operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
Support valuations and property listings to attract new clients
Drive new business generation and increase market share
Deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants
Motivate and develop team performance to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships within the local property market

What you'll bring:

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire your team
Target-driven mindset focused on delivering outstanding results
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Resilient, positive, and proactive approach to challenges
Local area knowledge is a plus!
