The role of CNC Programmer Setter Operator:

Program and set VMC machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output
Hands-on operation of VMC and lathe machines on the shop floor when not setting
Additional exposure to lathe work where required

The ideal CNC Programmer Setter Operator:

Proven experience programming and setting VMC machines
Experience with lathe machines (preferred, not essential)
Ability to read engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
