Administrative Support Officer - Redditch B98 7SN

The rewards

£15.31 per hour

Hours

Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Office based

The role of Administrative Support Officer:

Liaise with Training Managers to understand training requirements
Source suitable external training providers
Contact at least three suppliers per requirement to obtain quotes
Coordinate training delivery within set deadlines
Maintain accurate records and reports of all activity
Monitor training budget of £175k
Work through an existing schedule of training needs with fixed deadlines

The ideal Administrative Support Officer:

Strong communication skills
Experience in stakeholder coordination and supplier engagement

Contract: 3 to 6 months.

Recruiting on behalf of Redditch Borough Council to support the Housing Property Service Training Managers with sourcing third-party trainers for on-site Health and Safety training such as Asbestos Awareness and Digger training.
