Store Manager | Birmingham | Fashion Retail | Up to £32,000

We are recruiting for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy fashion retail store in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or a current Store Manager looking for a new challenge.

We are looking for a retail leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a strong eye for visual merchandising, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and support the team on the shop floor.

Store Manager Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver strong sales and exceptional customer service
Drive high visual merchandising standards across the store
Manage all aspects of retail operations including stock control, staffing, and compliance
Create a positive and energetic culture on the shop floor
Analyse KPIs and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth
Support the team hands-on during busy trading periods

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or senior retail leader within fast paced retail
Fashion or lifestyle retail background preferred
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and retail performance
Passionate about visual standards and customer experience
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
An Assistant Manager ready for the next step or a Store Manager looking for a new challenge
Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy retail environment
