The role of iTrent Application Support Engineer:

Provide technical support for the iTrent HR and payroll system
Develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet organisational needs
Collaborate with teams to gather and analyse system requirements
Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance
Ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application
Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective resolutions
Work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality

The ideal iTrent Application Support Engineer:

iTrent experience (essential)
Troubleshooting and back-end coding in iTrent (essential)
Ability to debug and fix problems in iTrent (essential)
Public Sector or Charity experience (desirable)
