An outstanding Solihull school are looking for a HR manager to join their Team

a Clear DBS on the update service
Strong background in employee relations (ER) and HR data reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience within an education or trust environment would be a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

Lead on HR data reporting, including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics
Manage disciplinary, grievance, and capability casework across the Trust
Provide expert advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex HR matters
Collaborate closely with school-based HR administrators and the payroll team
Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR
