Our North Birmingham Primary Consultant, Ann-Marie, works with over 60 schools across Birmingham (including areas such as Sutton Coldfield, Kingstanding, Erdington, Aston, Castle Vale, Castle Bromwich, Coleshill, Solihull, Kingshurst, Shard End, Hodge Hill, Streetly, Walsall and surrounding areas).

Skills and experience required for our teaching jobs:

* You must have QTS
* An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
* An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
* Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
* A friendly caring nature
* The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
* Keen to learn and develop professionally
* Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence
and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching

Skills and experience required for our teaching assistant jobs:

* Level 3 + Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one to one basis
* Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum
* Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years
