Part Time Administrator - Birmingham city centre

The role of Part Time Administrator:

Maintain HR systems, folders, and records
Update the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR
Manage electronic and hard copy filing for the department
Support the HR Director with coordinating internal meetings
Assist in drafting contracts and terms and conditions letters
Assist with administrative tasks relating to individuals joining and leaving the firm

The ideal Part Time Administrator:

Displays a high degree of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Has administrative experience in a similar role within a professional services environment, ideally a law firm
Focused on providing an efficient, friendly and professional HR service
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Well organised with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Has a genuine reason for needing part time work
