Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30

The role of Logistics Coordinator:

Manage customer enquiries and orders via phone and email
Book, track, and coordinate shipments
Source and liaise with transport suppliers
Provide quotes and customer updates
Ensure jobs are completed, documented, and invoiced accurately
Communicate with warehouse and internal teams
Maintain accurate system data and meet KPIs
Plan and track shipments to ensure goods move efficiently by road, air, or hand carry

The ideal Logistics Coordinator:

Proactive and organised
Experience in logistics and transport operations
European planning experience is ideal
Strong organisation and communication skills
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Experience with load optimisation and consolidation is desirable
Detail-oriented and confident communicating with customers and suppliers
Able to work under pressure
