Salary: £14.42 rotating shifts for mornings and afternoons, £17.30 for night shift
Hours: (Apply online only) and (Apply online only)( rotating) and 22:00-06:00 (fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed, promoting a safe working environment.
Monitor and manage staff attendance, performance, and development.
Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members.
Assist in stock management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle any issues or challenges that arise within the team or during operations.
Report any operational concerns to senior management and provide feedback on team performance.

Required Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Health and safety awareness and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
