About the Role

Engineering @365 is recruiting Panel Wirers for a growing engineering manufacturer in Tamworth.

You’ll be working on mechanical and electrical assembly of high-quality machinery, following drawings and diagrams, wiring components, and helping build systems to exacting standards. Training is available for mechanical tasks if needed. This is a hands-on role in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Wire electrical components and panels
Work accurately from drawings, diagrams, and build instructions
Inspect and test assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
Assemble and fit mechanical components (training provided if required)
Keep the work area safe and organised
Support team improvements and production targets

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a panel wirer/electrician
Ability to follow drawings and instructions
Electrical wiring skills are a must
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
