I have partnered with a global digital organisation undergoing significant transformation and change, who have a need for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join the business on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting senior leaders and international teams through organisational change, transformation initiatives, and complex people matters across Europe.

Key Requirements:

Fluent German speaker (essential)
French language skills highly desirable
Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within global or international organisations
Strong background supporting business transformation and organisational change
Extensive TUPE experience
Comfortable working in a hands-on delivery role
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice within European markets

What's on Offer:

£400 per day
Outside IR35
Fully remote working
