The role of Recruitment Consultant:

Build and manage a portfolio of clients within the education sector, including primary, secondary and SEN schools
Develop new business by identifying and targeting potential clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalised staffing solutions
Source, interview and place qualified education professionals
Conduct regular client meetings and calls to increase business opportunities and meet targets
Manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement and aftercare

The ideal Recruitment Consultant:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in recruitment or the education sector highly desirable but not essential
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
A passion for education and helping others succeed
