Legal PA - Birmingham city centre

The role of Legal PA:

Support the property team within a fast-paced legal environment
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients and their teams
Contribute to client service initiatives, including attending client events and seminars where required
Develop and maintain sector knowledge to support excellent client service
Liaise regularly with lawyers to identify work commitments and prioritise workload accordingly
Manage diaries for lawyers, including arranging internal and external meetings and appointments
Keep Outlook diaries up to date with all necessary appointment information
Book travel, meeting rooms, equipment and refreshments as required

The ideal Legal PA:

Highly experienced in supporting senior partners and fee earners in a fast-paced corporate law firm environment
Knowledge and experience within property law
Excellent organisational skills with experience of diary and inbox management
Experience booking domestic and international travel
Proactive and able to communicate professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
Personable and enthusiastic, with pride in delivering an excellent support service
